Main Point:  Life is about praising the Lord. 

Synopsis:

• Trapped and confined in his office cubicle, one man takes a mental break from the doldrums to experience God’s creation and praises the Lord before returning refreshed to work.   
• Opening frame: Jesus died for you, be joyful in whatever you do and wherever you are.
• After 16 hours of work, one guy can’t take it any longer and he escapes to praise the Lord.
• He sneaks out of the office, runs to the parking garage and takes off in his convertible, ditching his tie on the road—he runs through a field, through a creek, surrounded by trees, and eventually reaches the ocean where he runs along the beach.
• Back at work, he is obviously disheveled and wet but has a new energy to work. Joy has returned.
• Scriptures interspersed throughout: You have given new life. Romans 6:13; The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted by God, the Rock, my Savior 2 Sam 22: 47; My lips will shout for joy when I sing praise to you. Ps 71:23
• Good production quality—beautiful scenery shown; music provides great worship experience.

Application:

• We are born to worship the Lord.
• If our lives are too confined – or we’re too busy to spend time with the Lord, something has to give.
• Great application for young people—rather than day dreaming about worldly endeavors, this young man needs a time out with God.
